I understand that facing a criminal charge is incredibly stressful and intimidating as you
are uncertain how the outcome will impact your future. I am here to stand by your side
and get you the best possible result either through negotiations or at trial.
Meet Criminal Defense Attorney Josh Dunn
I have spent most of my career in a courtroom. I started my career at a small firm handling dependency and neglect matters and then transitioned to the Colorado State Public Defender. I have handled a wide range of cases from DUIs to homicides. I understand that most people hope to resolve their case with a plea deal and have successfully negotiated numerous pleas with positive resolutions. However, I recognize that sometimes proceeding to trial is the only way to secure a just outcome and have zealously litigated and advocated for people facing the most serious charges with favorable results.
Josh's Approach to Representation
I take a client-centered approach to helping people navigate the criminal justice system. I am here to be by your side during one of the most challenging times you will face. I strive to obtain excellent results for my clients through negotiation by demonstrating to the district attorney that my client is more than just a case number. I am also willing to litigate a case and fight for your rights at trial when necessary.
